Monthly Bookkeeping for Denver Trades

Categorized, reconciled, job-costed books for Denver cleaning, painting and flooring companies — delivered by the 10th of every month on QuickBooks Online, from $350/month flat. You read three numbers and get back to work.

The monthly rhythm

1–5th: statements land, feeds sync, we categorize and job-code every transaction — using your trade's chart of accounts, not a generic one.

By the 10th: every account reconciled to the statement, P&L and balance sheet in your inbox, job/route profitability where your package includes it, and a short note in plain English about anything worth your attention.

All month: questions answered by email by a person; W-9s collected from new subs the day they appear; Colorado filings tracked on their calendars (sales & use tax, OPT, FAMLI) so deadlines never surprise you.

Built per trade, not per template

A cleaning company's books track labor % and route margins. A painter's track job costs against bids and deposit liabilities. A flooring business tracks inventory, landed cost and per-deal tax treatment. Same monthly rhythm, different machinery — see how we set up each on our industry pages: cleaning, painting, flooring.

FAQ

Monthly bookkeeping — common questions

What's included in monthly bookkeeping?

Every account reconciled, every transaction categorized (and job-coded where it belongs), A/R and A/P kept current, and a P&L and balance sheet delivered by the 10th of each month — with a human who answers questions by email.

Why does 'closed by the 10th' matter?

Because numbers you get on the 10th change decisions that month — numbers you get in April change nothing. The close deadline is a promise, not a goal.

What do you need from me each month?

Almost nothing once we're set up: bank feeds pull transactions automatically, receipts go to a shared folder or app, and we ask about anything ambiguous in one short email. Most owners spend under 20 minutes a month on their books.

Can I switch from my current bookkeeper?

Yes — we handle the transition, review the file we inherit, and quote a cleanup first if it needs one, so you're never paying monthly fees on top of a broken file.
